Inspect terms & privacy
Last updated September 19, 2026Reports and acceptable use
You are responsible for having permission to enter a property, photograph it, and share a report. Do not upload unlawful material or sensitive information that is unnecessary for a condition report. You are responsible for checking every observation and every optional AI wording suggestion before finalizing.
Marketel does not infer damage, cause, liability, repair cost, code compliance, habitability, safety, or authenticity. A timestamp records when our service received an upload; it does not prove when a photo was taken or that a report is complete.
Free building, single reports and plans
Building and previewing a report is always free. Inspect and Incident include one lifetime finalized report at no charge and without a card. Claims reports are free to build, and sending, sharing or downloading a finished Claims report requires either a single-report purchase of $12 USD or a plan. A single-report purchase is charged once, does not renew, and finalizes one report.
The paid plans are $25 USD per month or $199 USD per year. Both include unlimited finalized reports across Marketel's tools for one operator's own properties, subject to fair use of 300 finalized reports per monthly billing period (3,600 per yearly period). If you reach that, email [email protected] and we will review it. A report can contain up to 100 photos and ten successful optional AI wording suggestions.
Where a Marketel tool offers it, access is also sold for a single payment ("pay once") at the price shown before checkout; for Marketel Claims that is $49 USD, with no launch price or countdown.
Claims $1 paid trial (website). Where shown at checkout, pay $1 USD for three days of full access, including sending reports. Checkout shows “$1 today. $48 one-time after 3 days unless canceled.” By paying, you authorize us to save your card through Stripe and automatically charge the remaining $48 USD after the three days unless you cancel first. The total price is $49 USD for lifetime access, subject to the same fair use and service availability as a pay-once purchase. This is not a recurring subscription. The $1 is an actual payment, not a temporary authorization, and counts toward the $49 total. Cancelling stops the $48 payment; it does not automatically refund the $1 already paid.
We show the scheduled remaining-payment date after checkout and email you a management link. Cancel from your account's "Cancel my trial" button or from the management link in our email; no support conversation is required. Visiting the link does not cancel anything: press its cancellation button to confirm. Cancelling is allowed even if you have made, downloaded or shared a report, and does not delete your saved work. You keep trial access until its displayed end. We email a reminder at least 24 hours before collecting the remaining payment. If a service interruption delays the reminder, we extend the deadline rather than charge without that notice. Sending a report does not end this paid trial early.
Only a successfully collected $48 remaining payment grants lifetime access. A cancelled or unsuccessful trial does not. We do not automatically retry a declined remaining payment. We email you a link, and your account shows a button, to finish the purchase by paying the $48 once, on the same card or another; until then, a declined trial has no further access. One paid trial is available per account; an accidental duplicate trial payment is refunded. Existing pay-once buyers keep the access they already bought. The money-back conditions below remain separate from trial cancellation, and statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Marketel Moveout is sold for a single payment of $49 USD, with no launch price or countdown.
3-day money-back guarantee. If a pay-once purchase is not for you, email [email protected] within 3 days of paying and we will refund the full amount to the card you paid with, as long as you have not sent a report (finalized a report and shared or downloaded it). A report sent counts as using the product, and the guarantee then no longer applies. Refunds can take a few business days to appear. A refund ends the pay-once access it paid for. It is not a subscription and never renews. It gives your account the same unlimited finalized reports as a plan, under the same fair use, for as long as Marketel offers these tools. If an account that already has it pays once again, that second payment is refunded. Buying it while you have a subscription cancels the subscription, so it is not charged again.
The first plan you start from a demo on our website begins with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during it. The plan starts when the trial ends or when you send your first report, whichever comes first. Cancel before then, from your account screen, and you pay nothing. We email you the day before it starts.
Paid service begins only after you choose a single report or a plan and complete Stripe Checkout. Stripe stores and processes payment information. The subscription renews at the chosen monthly or yearly interval until canceled. You can manage or cancel renewal from your account screen. Canceling stops future renewal and does not delete existing reports.
Finalization, sharing and deletion
Finalizing consumes the applicable free report, plan allowance or single-report purchase and freezes that version. A finalized report shows the business name and logo on your account at that moment. Deleting a report does not restore allowance. Inspect and Claims reports can have a private share link that anyone holding it can open; Incident records cannot be shared by link. You may replace or revoke a report link, but copies already downloaded are outside Marketel's control. Claims produces documentation; it does not file, submit or manage claims with any platform or insurer.
Deleting your Inspect account permanently deletes its reports and queues stored photos for deletion, and cancels its separate Inspect subscription. It does not delete a Marketel booking property or booking subscription.
Data we process
We process your email (including one you enter to start building, before you verify it), authentication sessions, report text, property or unit labels, your business name and logo, uploaded photos, report activity and Inspect billing identifiers. Display-sized copies and original upload bytes are kept in private object storage. Originals are retained for report integrity and are not exposed through share links. We use this data to provide, secure and support Inspect and to meet legal obligations.
When you arrive from an advertisement, Inspect may store first-party advertising identifiers, campaign parameters, the landing URL, IP address and browser information. We use them to measure whether an advertisement led to a started report, finalized report, checkout or payment. Conversion events are sent server-to-server to Meta; Inspect does not load the Meta Pixel or give Meta access to report text or photos.
On the advertisement landing page, before anyone signs in, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how the page is used: taps, scrolling and anonymized session recordings. Clarity masks what you type, is not loaded in the iPhone app, and is switched off when you sign in; report text and photos are never recorded by it.
Optional AI wording help sends only the selected observation to the configured AI provider. The instruction is to preserve your facts and add none; you must review the result. Your original note remains unchanged unless you accept the suggestion.
Local drafts and photo files may remain on the device until you save, replace, sign out, or delete them. Email sign-in sessions expire. After account deletion, we retain a keyed, non-readable derivative of the email solely to enforce the one-lifetime-report limit. Operational records needed for security, billing and legal compliance may also be retained where required.
For a Claims paid trial, we also retain a keyed, non-readable email derivative and its checkout identifier after account deletion. This enforces one paid trial per email and prevents a delayed payment notification from recreating a deleted account or scheduling another remaining payment. It contains no report text, photos or card details.
Availability and liability
Keep your own copy of important reports. The service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or appropriate for a legal, insurance, safety, move-in, move-out, or regulatory purpose. To the extent allowed by law, Marketel is not responsible for decisions made from an incomplete or inaccurate report.
